I believe that was what that other post was referring to.. they are officers that were upgraded to sp and have not gone for sp training. they av been in training b4 immigration published their vacancy.

Those commissioned in Kano yesterday were the second or third batch (i think) of candidates who were already given their appointment letters since November 2016. They reported earlier than this but the training was halted by Buhari. However, they were recalled based on the fact that they were already enlisted. But only 888 made it back. Hence, the fresh recruitment this year to fill the vacant 1,112 slots.
Now to your question, they are still compiling the new list. And would be out soon. So, all hopefuls should relax. Everything is in order and nothing has changed. Except for those who know a little more on what is going on backstage. You have my best wishes.
