I really commend your effort in carrying people along on this thread, but these vacancies are for Engineering graduates...........I am a graduate of Industrial Chem, and currently running my M.Sc now........pls, if there is job vacancies for other disciplines too, don't hesitate to notify us on this thread. Honestly speaking, Nestle has been my "dream FMCG company" to work with since when I was young. Getting there Will be a dream come true.

I repeat capital OND. All my guys that wrote this Nestle Aptitude test were all HND holders. They pocketed their HNDs and used OND to apply.

They recruit any qualifications too like their accountants, food scientists, etc are Degree holders, but only OND for technicians.

I have a drawback on this Nestle recruitment exercise.
I wrote the just concluded aptitude test. I have no problem passing the test, but my challenge is The Interview.

Nestle require experienced technicians from FMCG companies which I do not have. In fact, I have never worked in a factory before. I really do not know what to answer them when begin to ask me question about working as a technician.
Could they possibly employ those without prior knowledge of the work or do I have to pretend like I have worked in an FMCG company before?

how many years experience did u put during the excel application. as per the interview if u are called God can let them retain u cos dey will stil introduce u to training. even if u av worked in fmcg before the machine u ar familiar with might b different frm d one nestle want u to handle, so they wil train u first.
