Where is the final destination of the package? Do you have any proof the item reached Lagos?

I'm afraid your package has either been stolen or lost in transit. No postal officer will be willing to track an item after 5 months.

I don't have any proof but the tracking says departed Lagos because the final destination is Ilorin. The sender contacted USPS and they told her its in Nigeria. I have tried all my possible best to find a lasting solution to it. It's crazy! Any advice ?

mehn, this is terrible and wicked of Nipost, since July 2017! Damn! Just go to your Ilorin Post Office and Complain since that's the final destination and tracking says Your item departed a transfer airport in MURTALA MUHAMMED, LAGOS, NIGERIA. If your Post office Denies, then go to the MURTALA MUHAMMED Airport. Sorry for the stress.

This was what I went thru, and they maybe they could have found my item but my tracking code refused to work outside USA. That's how they stole my own too. Since August.

USPS and Nipost is a Bad idea coz NIPOST sometimes steal useful and valuable items. Next time use UPS, FedEx or other private logistics. Best of luck

Look for the Osogbo Post Office and pickup your package.

Look for the GPO in Osun,possibly Osogbo and ask to meet one of the senior officers to explain your case. The people in Ilesa will beg you to come and pick up your package.

General Post Office,usually the State HQ of the postal service.

NGOSOG is the Osogbo Post Office

Edit: Your package is actually in Osogbo so I suggest you visit the Osogbo Post Office and pick up your package before it develops wings.

i ordered for 7 items on aliexpress on 10th november, 4 was delivered to the stipulated address last week thursday(15th nov).
i decided to check the post office at ikeja today, called the delivery guy that delivered the previous 4. he had 1 with hin. so remaining 2.

the issue now is when i showed him the tracking info on aliexpress, he said its not a valid tracking no, that it doesnt have letters bla bla bla.
now i'm confused as to how i can track my remaining 2 orders. pls advice

Go to Ilesa Post Office and tell them you will escalate the matter to the Osogbo Post Office. Print out the tracking information and let them know somebody is playing games. If they don't budge,visit Osogbo and request to see a senior officer.
