Please do not invest in any form of crypto currency, forex, online or lottery business unless of course you have a firm understanding of how it works. I do not as of yet have an understanding of the nature of the workings of those lines of business.
I would also like to advise that you be wary of models that promise you high yields. Any sustainable business especially those of the traditional garb will start out with minimal returns and will then build up to very significant returns on investment.

Fortunately your interest payment is very fair. I will advise that you project from a conservative pedestal which should ensure that at the end of 4 years that your loan amount of 6 Million Naira would have generated a minimum of 12 Million Naira in terms of profit; after paying off all the interest and of course returning the capital.

This may not appear very attractive but this is a sure bet with minimal risk and a consistent geometrical growth plan.

I will advise that you invest in a traditional business and learn from it as you grow in the business. I assume that being a professional in the building sector your understanding of trading will be quite limited. Your better bet therefore is to engage in large scale F.M.C.G sales which is more commonly known as distributorship. You can never go wrong here. Seek out a reliable company, negotiate to become a distributor in a specific territory, insist on exclusive territorial rights, haggle and get the best possible price regimen, get support (both strategic and promotional) from the company and launch out massively.

The beautiful thing about this model is that depending on the product, company policy and amount of investment, you just become a financial partner while the system is on auto run.

you plant your tomatoes and also start a tomato processing plant.So once your tomato is ripe you move them to the plant to process, package and sell as tomato paste.
