Some consultants earn up to 1.5 million naira a month.
When you also add money from private practice, it will be up to 2.5 million a month.
Those in the academia who can rise to be Provost can also earn up to 1.8 Million excluding private practice.
Now, if you go into core management like the Chief medical director and CMACs, we are talking of >4 million naira.

Most times, it is the younger doctors that are not really earning well, one of the main reasons they want to travel abroad.
