They said 0(zero) to 3. That means, it mustn't be an existing business. Zero means nothing.

In all, it's either you've not started, or you're 1 year in your business, or 2 years or 3 years, which is the maximum.

I recall the negativity that followed the announcement of the bootcamp on Nairaland in 2015. Now everyonen is out hailing the program. In the first year there were 20,000 applications. Last year there were close to 100,000 applications. Only God knows how many will apply this year. Every year, it gets tougher as there is more competition.

It is always best to target such programs early.
