some federal roads in west and north were constructed by state government.....are you saying 28billion isn't enough to construct roads and mind you it's recent money that u mentioned what about previous ones?

The question should be why has one of the three major tribe in Nigeria treated as least, in every sharing formula?

because of their stubbornness, before the war the igbos are the one ruling including middle belt delta and Edo but they messed up will the power was in their hands so my guy let's call it war casualties when you are defeated you lost many things...unlike Germany they suffered theirs for causing the world war 2, they disintegrate their country into many countries like Serbia, Austria etc and were ban to have soldiers...and they don't have drinking water they import drinking water as we import petrol..
U guys should just carry the cross because it's una ancestors that messed things up in the first place.

I guess facts don't really matter to you, you just said a lot of things which are totally untrue.
Igbo political leadership was on the eastern region only and that never included the middle belt nor the current Edo state.
The lazyness of the black man has no bounds, only 10 seconds of research would have avoided you from being so ignorant.

You know the Brits knew what they were doing when then gave the rulership of the country to the docile tribes....up in North, the Brits had a walkover ,they were easily colonised and indirect rule was in place....down in South West, the Brits were begged to come and colonise the Anangos ( present day Yoruba tribes) due to inter tribal wars. The Yoruba were tired of the inter tribal wars and the Dahomey , Jihadist and other invasion such as Benin , when the Brits came, it was a respite and the west ,just like the northern cousins accepted the Brits with pomp and pageantry. A time the kosoko reigned.

Amongst the southern Nigeria tribes, it was the Igbo, Benin tribes that gave the Brits a run for their money. The resistance was so much that the oba of Benin was exiled after years of war.

As of the Igbo, the fought the British from different fronts from the western flank and the Eastern flank, the British negotiated, renegotiated with different kinsmen due to the Republican nature and also reached a truce in some areas. Things Fall Apart , a popular book written by Chinua Achebe explained these anti colonial leaning of Igbo ,but we can't find such in either western Nigeria or Northern Nigeria.

This has made me to understand that Igbo are one hell of a people that you cannot use force to dominate, they would either want to engage you nicely or badly...Ibo landing , a story in USA demonstrates this fact and Olaudah Equiano (Ekwuano) demonstrates this also.

The Igbo had many wars,amongst them are ;

Igbos were the only people that gave Britain the
longest and severest resistance in Africa...
Read Ekumeku war
Read Anglo-Aro war...
Aba women war
Read War at Afikpo..
What have u, with kings Achieved differently?

Copied from Shutizt Fritz Liebermantic and edited by Menri Ibeh
Which war are you talking about...... Aba women riots?? Who are the Igbo heroes... Okonkwo, are you serious?? I know Jajah of Opobo, I know about the Bini wars, which one is Ekumeku war?? Can you give us the history...at least enlighten us.

So...Why turn back and blame FG inability to make roads on us?
Germany has been allowed to have a normal life, in fact, Americans improved them, just 30 years after the war they became the fastest economy, US didn't stopped them, but helped their advancement. America made them partners, not slaves, same with Japan.

Japan won China many times, but didn't stand on her against economic advancement.

Every policy is geared towards making things hard for the Igbos and you still want them, how will it work?

Japan doesn't have army but has advanced police that do joint military drill with America every time.

Simple, in policies. How can you advance agriculture, when Fulani herdsmen are ravaging farmers crops?

How can you make more Forex, when you have just one port, when the poorest state like Malawi has four to ease businesses, how do you then export?

Where on earth does a country generate power from different power plants and sends it a general grid, thousands of miles away from generation, knowing too well it will lose more than half the power in the cause of distance?

All I've mentioned are within the jurisdiction of the Federal government.

NOTE: Igbos started ruling themselves just 1999.

I'm sure you've not been to the East in the last five years, or ever. Outside Lagos, you will find it hard to compare East and West.

I wouldn't want to argue till you witness. Those in France, do not know that's a new city called Dubai, go check it out for yourself.

The op said the British handed Nigeria to docile tribes. We all know the Handed Nigeria to hausa and ibos. So ibos are weak tribes.
