Hello house, my hp all of a sudden stopped charging while in use but charges when it is hibernating or shut down. I have searched for solution, tried different chargers but no solution. Any suggestions will be appreciated please. |

It happened to me, I tried all solution none worked but as soon as I upgrade from win 7 to win 10, the issue stopped completely and it is now charging normal... |

agabaI23: Have you looked into the advanced settings of your battery, that it's not set to charge at specific times & days ? |

Lexusgs430:No, I haven't. Though I doubt it has to do with that since it starts charging the moment it is shut down or when it is hibernating. |
