Do away with others like Kaspersky, Avast ....etc ....they slow down your system as time goes on..... Windows Defender is made to work smoothly for the Windows OS

When reloading, you have to be careful else you lose all your files.

Pls gurus.. What could be wrong with hp 2000 (intel pentium) that refuses to respond when the power button is pressed. Another battery was removed from another system and slotted in this hp 2000 to verify if the battery was the culprit but we got the same result. The problem was noticed some moment after charging the system's battery. Surprisingly, the empty battery that was inserted in this affected system was able to charge to a reasonable percentage with the charging light indicating.

Yes bro. The charging light indicates that its charging when plugged to the socket but the power button remains insensitive when pressed.

Get the Hard Drive remove out and use another PC to access it externally

Copy out the Files on it to seperate location or hard drive.

And

Reload the PC Completely..

Good morning....my laptop has been crashing for a while but i have learnt to live with it but two days ago, it crashed and after restarting, it froze and the screen became distorted with vertical lines on it. I pulled down the power button and switched on the system but same thing happened again with some of the keypads blinking. I have reseated the memory a number of times with little changes. I read somewhere that those blinking key lines are signs for ram issues. What could be wrong? It's a dell inspiron 1520.
