i have placed all my markers and now all we have to do is wait for him to make next ATM withdrawal from his firstbank account, and then he will be nabbed... Immediately from any security agent of the bank he used, once firstbank is contacted, you (the victim) should be ready to make appearance and tell them all that happened, because they wont be able to hold him too long for questioning.

And also i will spam is phone numbers to bad, that he wont be able to use those lines anymore

and "placing of markers" can inarguably be termed as a working on the case and waiting on the culprit to make a withdrawal, i know perfectly what i wrote and it does not hinder the platform from making its own moves, whoever gets him first, as long as we do, unless you want me to remove the post?, then i will

No, i don't have any issue with your efforts. Just think it's advisable to NOT let the scammer know you're waiting for him to make an ATM withdrawal.... He sees this post, and guess what? He forbids to have any ATM transactions henceforth.
