i reckon the "bird" is on reverse thrust, that is why this is possible.

Not in reverse at all - did you watch the video?. The engines were not even started except for the APU.

Most likely:

1) Not fully loaded with fuel and passenger. It is a regional airline.

2) Tires fully inflated for less rolling friction.

To me, it seems that this wasn't an emergency but something those chaps were used to doing. Everyone knew their positions.

I've pushed back trainer Cessna 2 seater aircrafts many times and even those took decisive effort so I give it to these guys.

I guess the Cessna plane isn't as heavy as a small family hatchback.

Yeah, they're around 1,000 pounds.

The key difference is that it is designed to fly in the air and not be pushed around on the ground.
