I already applied for PhD Research Scholarship at IPS, HW. I'm awaiting possible interview or final decision by end April as stated in their mail. How do I bring PTDF into the equation or I should consider other schools? Make person see the portal first sha.

They've already warned us on Nairaland that the UK isn't a good place to go if you want to be retained/work after graduation and I've heard the same from others too

@Post: Good schools listed there. My problem with Nigerian government backed scholarships is withholding funds needed for sponsorship arbitrarily. Same thing was done with PRESSID (totally scrapped!), NDDC (owing here and there).
