Monkey dey work baboon dey chop kind'a work. they once helped me get a job with Stanbic IBTC ilupeju as a call center consultant (contract staff). u wont believe not once but every month d bank pays them 120k to pay me since the bank didnt engage me directly and i was outsourced to the bank from workforce. You wont believe they remove 50k to pay me 70k every month. If it were one off, it would'a been okay... but every month  tufiakwa.. they outrightly turn u to a wage slaveI said what nonsense and honourably left the job. Why should I be a contract staff in my own country, then I remembered there are no labour laws in naija. 17 Likes 2 Shares |

PStacks: Did you ever ask them what they did with the remaining 50K? Did you know out of the 50K, they pay your: 1. Tax (PAYE) to the State Government 2. Health Insurance to HMO 3. jagabanban: And so fucking what? All those things u listed up there, is it up to d 50k they deducting monthly from d employee salary? These outsourcing firms are just getting richer at d expense of those they employ... Its slavery I once worked as a contract staff at one of d commercial banks.. No Pension benefits, anytime i try to use d HMO in my chosen hospital then, those ones will always tell me that their list hasn't been updated, i end up using money to buy drugs when i am supposed to get it for free... Well i dont blame them, its because of d useless govt we have... |
