It is 500amps/24 volts not 6000amps/24 volts, you will need at least 1600watts solar panels

Then the solar charger will be how many Amps?

The maximum 12/24V PWM solar charge controller in the market should be 40A.

If it's a combo of 12/24/36/48 MPPT, you shouldn't buy more than a 60A charge controller.

For PWM, for a 24V Charge Controller, the maximum panel input voltage is 50V. In this case, any panel below 200W, you can connect two in series but any panel 200W and above, you must connect in parallel.

For MPPT, you can get up to 150V panel input voltage. In that case, the rating of the panel will guide you.

e. Load your house.

CAUTION:
Please get an electrician to separate the load intended for the inverter, so that the inverter will not be strained or damaged when the house is powered.

i. Power the inverter, use your voltmeter to check the voltage from the inverter outlet, that should be 230V.

ii. Turn the inverter OFF.

iii. Turn off all your appliances

iv. Connect the inverter outlet to your house power mains.

V. Turn ON your inverter.

vi. Power your appliances, starting with least voltage consuming appliance.
