The UBEC Abuja computer form document sighting team was in my school today in ONELGA. they sighted three documents- Apptmt letter,birth cert./age decl. and highest qualification. |

[b] Good evening fellow teachers. Pls I need advice. Am a teacher with Abia state govt i married rivers man. Due to my work I couldn't relocate permanently to rivers. Pls hiw do I go abt my inter state transfer as this is my last option. My hussy is now being sooooo promiscuous after 4,kids with me. I can't resign my workwork if not me n my kids will.suffer. Pls help a sister with advice. |

biggal:First, I think you own arrangement is not balance. 1. Stay in rivers state n go to your work in Abia at least 2/3times a week. 2. Discuss/make THAT arrangement with your school head. 3. Depending in your level, am sure there is inter-state transfer. Inquire from your board or old colleagues. As for your hubby part, only you can take care of that. Good morning! 2 Likes |

first for statistical purpose, secondly to justify the amount given to the state boards as counter-part funds,every other reasons fall under MAKE BELIEVE. |

mela82:Says who? Within a state...... U have inter ministry transfer. But between two state..... U have inter state transfer. Though I don't know what is obtainable in rivers state. But some others states....YES!!! |

Briefing journalists after the monthly FAAC meeting on Wednesday, in Abuja, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Mahmoud Isa Dutse, who represented the minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun attributed the increase to the improvement in the price of crude oil globally. Recall that global oil price is close to $80 per barrel following the dispute between US and Iraq on the one hand and the trade war between China and the US on the other hand. According to the Permanent Secretary, the gross statutory revenue distributed was higher than the N480.559 billion received in the month of March by N132.458 billion. A breakdown of the figures showed that the FG got N276.535 billion, the States went home with N140.262 billion while the Local Governments took N108.136 billion. Also distributed to the oil producing States was the 13 per cent derivation mineral derivation of N49.756 billion and the NNPC refund of N11/269 billion. Added to that is the cost of collection/Transfer/FIRS refund of N38.368 billion. After several years, the Committee (FAAC), remitted the sum of N24.5 billion to the Excess Crude Account (ECA), leading to the ibcrease of the ECA to $1.99 billion. According to Mr. Isa Dutse, all the revenue lines recorded increase, especially remittances coming from the FIRS. On his part, Chairman, Commissioners Forum, Mahmoud, while acknowledging the increase said that the increase was less than the committee’s target of N1 trillion. He added that the states were discussing with the federal government on how to review the revenue sharing formula. Meanwhile, the Petroleum Profit Tax (PPT) now stands at $0.133 million. |

Pinterest The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) on Wednesday shelled out N701.022 billion to the three tiers of government as disbursements for the month of May 2018. The figure was described as “an improvement from N626.8 billion shared in April” by the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Finance. While addressing the press at the end of the FAAC meeting in Abuja on Wednesday, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Finance, Dr Mahmoud Isa Dutse said the Federal Government got N289.045 billion, States got N181.963 billion, while the Local Government Areas received NN137.327 billion. The 13 per cent mineral revenue for oil producing states stood at N49.756, while the cost of revenue collection and Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) refund N42.932 billion. Isa Dutse also disclosed that the Excess Crude Account balance now stands at $1.911 billion after N24.5 billion savings was added to it. Itvwould be recalled that the federal government withdrew about $1billion from the account to purchase aircrafts to tackle insurgency in the country. Also, an additional sum of N11.269 billion was received from NNPC after April FAAC and it was distributed accordingly. “We are having discussion with the NNPC to reconcile figures and will be resolved soon”, he said. From the breakdown of the Net Statutory revenue; the Federal Government received N276.535 billion representing 52.68%; States received N140.262billion representing 26.72%; Local Government Councils received N108.136billion representing 20.60%; while the Oil Producing States received N49.756billion also representing 13% derivation revenue. Furthermore, from the Revenue available from the Value Added Tax (VAT), Federal Government received N12.510 representing 15%; States received N41.701billion representing 50% while the Local Government Councils received N29.190 billion also representing 35%. |
