I think the IG is currently on admission for transfusion after this level of savagery. Any further explanation will be made by... The oga at the top. Who is the commissioner of the transmission confusion.. I means transmission concussion... Sorry please commission transmission. Thank you.

All the 'English is nor our mother tongue' gang, abeg shut up there. For as long as English remains the official language of communication in Nigeria, public office holders should at least have enough power of the grammar to properly communicate with citizens. If he couldn't speak the language, he could have read his speech in Hausa or Pidgin and have a translator to translate to non-hausa speakers. I tried listening to him slowly and still didn't understand who and who make up the transmission commission and how that concerned the apprehensive effective confusion...

Where I had to die was when he opened the next page. What the hell? You didn't read your speech before hand? You don't have anything to say from your head?
Oh boy I tire ooooo, how else will he be able to "transmission" information to the general public....I suppose in Hausa language.

People like you are the reason why Nigeria is in this state of quagmire... You get sentimental when rubbish emanates from your kinsman, and try to justify the rubbish by reminding us of another rubbish. This is absolute senselessness.
Patience Jonathan can not compared to IGP. She was only relevant simply because her husband became President. While Mr. Idris was nominated by Buhari from a pool of over 500 more qualified senior officers of the NPF.
If he fumbles, criticise him and stop this your divisive attitude...

no wonder the senate kept inviting him to face them , they know how terribly deficient he is.
honestly , i dont blame the igp , he cant definitely give what he doesnt have
all blame should go to the dumb dullard president that appointed him
only a dullard can appoint this man as the nation igp
and the bitter truth we must know is that buhari isnt any better than this man
we should ask ourselves ,how does he communicate with the president and the president wont notice all these deficiencies in him ?
are they always communicating in hausa ?
these are the kind of people buhari feels comfortable been among with , he feels at ease in the midst of dullards and it is these same dullards that have formed the cabal ruling and running the affairs of the nation

You are just a typical Blackman mentality .

The Senate was right, this man is unfit to hold any position within and outside Nigeria. For this reason, its totally excusable for him not to appear before the Senate.
This was another avenue for him to invoke his presumed constitutional powers of acting through a delegate, but see us having a last laugh.
What a blunder!

6 pages of comment and nobody not 1 picked this up as aphasia a known medical condition

Seen in 25-40% of patients who recover from a stroke or tia

also seen in brain tumours, brain infections, trauma to the head ,dementia amongst others

there is another video of him laying a wreath at the remembrance day with challenges in cordination

when they say lazy Nigeria youths you all will vex,but isn't this a sure sign of laziness, not questioning a matter for the truth but peddling lies and mocking an ill person who has served the nation at a time he may be displaying signs of illness?

That said an I was said to have been hit on the head with a stone by demonstrators recently, hope it's not this man

For all those mocking his situation I will say fear God

I agree with you he may have had an ongoing tia at that time as well,

but this is aphasia, and only the neurologists investigate and tell what the cause is.

There is also a preceeding video of him with challenges complying with instructions,in summary he has a neurological condition. We should all empathise with him and his family at this time it's not about pop or apc ,it's about been decent human beings

And we really need to stop dragging our countries image

So differentiate TIA from CVA?
I did not insult you.
TIA(Transient Ischemic Attack)it is like a stroke, producing similar symptoms, but usually lasting only a few minutes and causing no permanent damage. About 1 in 3 people who have a transient ischemic attack will eventually have a stroke, with about half occurring within a year after the transient ischemic attack.
Symptoms:
Weakness, numbness or paralysis in your face, arm or leg, typically on one side of your body
Slurred or garbled speech or difficulty understanding others
Blindness in one or both eyes or double vision
Dizziness or loss of balance or coordination
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause

CVA(Cerebrovascular accident) it is a stroke and thus a medical emergency. Anyone suspected of having a stroke should be taken immediately to a medical facility for diagnosis and treatment.
Symptoms:
Trouble with speaking and understanding.
Paralysis or numbness of the face, arm or leg. You may develop sudden numbness, weakness or paralysis in your face, arm or leg. This often happens just on one side of your body. Try to raise both your arms over your head at the same time. If one arm begins to fall, you may be having a stroke. Also, one side of your mouth may droop when you try to smile.
Trouble with seeing in one or both eyes.
Headache.
Trouble with walking.
Apart from his nonsense speech, what other symptom of TIA did he display?

So the IGP can’t read or comprehend
You are just a typical Blackman mentality .
Something is wrong you don’t care to know why ? All you do is to mock him !
So far no official has come up with an explanation for what happened to the man and as such it is only fair that we speculate and mock his gaffe, especially because of the recent happenings in the nation.

I hope you are not a doctor I want to believe you are not
I am not a doctor nor am I studying to be one.

So in TIA loss of consciousness , how long does it last? Have you seen a TIA with full consciousness? How many have you seen or even managed? Have you heard of hypertensive crisis ? What are it’s various presentations ?
TIA can cause loss of consciousness, but it is extremely rare. Even if they lose consciousness, you are saying they will be transmitting confusion. this would have been easier if you said it was gibberish symptom

Your type is one who wil accuse an old woman of being a witch because she was seen misbehaving and talking irrationally!
