The reason the arrests have not yielded much result is that, the suicide bombers are just ordinary people forcefully recruited by boko haram for the purpose of suicide bombing; they are not privy to vital information about the group. Just like capturing a soldier recruit and torturing him to expose Nigeria's military information. It's hopeless
