Okorocha is famously known for his substandard and counterfeit projects littered in owerri town, the life span of his projects are always 6 months after 6 months the projects are gone This is why all well meaning Imolites are clamoring for HIS EXCELLENCY RT. Why won't it collapse when substandard materials have been used in the erection of the structure. Commissioner of education will collect his share shift to LG chairman who will collect his own and shift to principal of the said school who no go carry last e go kukuma collect im own then forward the rest to the contractor who will then do the final collection then you will see a scenario where they will want to use 50 bags of cement and complete the project whereas 200 bags was the initial budget. They will use one one nail to hold the zinc together see as the zinc scatter like pieces of paper, ok you expect the carpenter to give you the best when he knows the job which should have probably been #50000 was given to him at #20000; infact ah weak. If you have been to Imo State you will see that 99.9% of construction works done by Okorocha are sub-standard. It a case like this you can't blame the contractor. Who are even the contractors?
