Okorocha also rebuilds and repaints schools on the major roads in Owerri. But go outside Owerri, it is dilapidated school buildings all over Imo state. Okorocjha does not even bother to know the ugly conditions of the old schools outside Owerri built by former governments.

This school was built 2011 and has stayed more than 6 years. Some lies are better told well than being too petty. What happened in Owerri deserves sympathy not politics. Owerri experienced a bad windstorm with heavy Rains.

The same windstorm fell oak trees with tree branches all over the place.
The same windstorm fell Electric poles.
The same windstorm fell Billboards built with steel.
The same windstorm blew off roofs of private homes.
The same Windstorm damaged vehicles of private individuals.
The same windstorm shattered glasses of private homes.

Everywhere around the world windstorms are known to damage public and private properties...but in Imo State people are happy for windstorms because they can be used for political propaganda and hate speech.

In more civilized nation's during times like this people come together despite political affiliations to help affected people rebuild, but in Imo it's about politics and finger pointing.

This was the school during media tour of projects in 2013 or 5 years ago. That school was well built and equipped and has outlived being commissioned 7 years later.
