The answer is YES

Kemi did not work in Nigeria till she was over 30 years. Hence, the exemption was in order!

Kemi graduated at 22( based on her B. Sc certificate) ,and the only reason she could be exempted is she is above 30, but her exemption letter aka oluwole was based on the ground of age. Now, can you go back and do more?

Nysc will only stop issuing certs carrying the retired dg's signature, probably a year or less after he leaves offx

one of the signatures is forged.


the signature of the DG is on a data base & as such does not change.

a careful look at both documents will reveal subtle differences. the one on the certificate looks smooth & fluid, the one on kemi's exemption looks like a deliberate attempt to trace an existing signature.

So the d.g left office january 09 and was still signing certificate all through 09? This whole tin is not adding up at all, something is wrong somewhere or was it there was no director after bomoi left office that he was still meant to sign or he signed all the certificate down before leaving office?............besides if u look that kemi cert. And this other cert. There's a big difference outside that the designs arr different i have already spotted 3 funi stuff.

My certificate has the same signature and I finished August 15th... So I am not understanding again self. NYSC has some explaining to do

Discharge certificates are printed and signed at the beginning of NYSC, and kept for distribution one year later. It is possible that between the production date (start of NYSC) and distribution date (POP day), the DG that signed it would have left.

In fact, if you have extension, the completion date will still read the date other passed out because they had printed your certificates from start of NYSC.

The accused is guilty - Catch am, kill am, DIE!! That's the mentality.
I don't worry myself one bit because I have a feeling that this accusations are not entirely accurate and PT was used as a vehicle and it seems they are on their own now.

You are very daft. One is a certificate of service while the other one is an exemption certificate. You don't expect them to look the same.

I finished 09 as well
Bomoi retired in January but signed for March batch because he oversaw their tenure but Bomoi cannot sign for September batch. Which is batch C of that year. He was long gone by then.

Seriously, we are doomed in tbis country. Pls,what will it take Kemi Adeosun to release her certificate for the world instead of waiting for Nysc report and she can sue Premium times 50billion. Dino show his certificates when he was in the scandal but here we are beating around the bush.

God bless you. That's exactly my point. And those places she's worked before deserves to be sued too. Why will she be employed without serving her fatherland. I guess she went for that exemption when she wanted to start a job with the state government. Although she's my role model being a finance person as I am too but she should face the full wrath of the law.

what people fail to understand about this issue is that one can obtain an arrangee certificate in Nigeria and it will still be original duely signed by the neccesary authorities. These people are united up there and they waive so many conditions for themselves except for ordinary Nigerians. U will be surprised at the end of the day that the certificate might be an abnomaly and definitely not forged by Kemi but issued by NYSC.

Bomoi is responsible for BATCH A, B and C. Its one batch split into three!!!! Get this facts straight please. ..and for signature, DG does not seat down on a desk signing all one after the other. Its a mass signature production.

No one stresses themselves in the face of baseless accusations. The only evidence PMT had that it was forged was that the DG left in January. I have seen some certificates of people that passed out in September of 2009 that carries the DG signature. Are they fake too? I know you are trying to bring her down because she's yoruba.

Innoson forged a document and has refused to appear in court and I don't see you bark like a mad dog over it.
