Mine came out in 3months. My documents got to them August and my CES report was ready Nov 12th. i constantly sent them mails.

For Identogo, EMS Services are yet to deliver my finger print to them, i regret using their service, so i might not be in best place to advise you on that.

Thank you Rubygrace for your response. It was really helpful.I have been sending mails to CGFNS every week now. Hopefully my report will come out soon.
About finger print, I am still battling with it. Anyone in the house should please put me through. I'm getting tired and confuses. Please help

[quote author=Rubygrace post=72898245]Hello AjaoSandra,

Please i need your advise. I just got my CES report from CGFNS and i registered for Texas, now i don't know what step to follow, a colleague of mine said i have to register with Texas board of nursing and get my finger print ready which i am aware of but she said that i have to pay another money to Nursing council Nigeria for another Verification and that is not sitting pretty with me, kindly advise on what to do. I thought CGFNS already has that(verification)

Thank you.

Please how long did your report take before it finally came out. I have been waiting for 5months and my status still says "ready for review".
And please how can I track identogo to know the status of my fingerprint. I have sent it since September and yet to receive any mail concerning it.

you are funny. You heard of exam and you are afraid. Jurisprudence exam is an open book exam that you can take again and again if you don't pass. Its all about nurse practice act, rules and regulations as regards to Texas. You should be fine
Thanks

Good evening house. After reading through comments and success stories, from this thread I decided to take a bold step. I am preparing to start my CES evaluation this week. I had BON Texas on my mind but I'm scared because I don't know what the jurisprudence exam looks like.
Please I need help on how to prepare for the exam, What materials are available and how often do people pass it.

kaakaa:

Thank you kaakaa. How do I apply for ViSa screen? What stage will that be done. Can I do it on my on or I would need an employer?

Its not possible to get employed as a nurse with a B1B2 visa.... you are not supposed to work with that visa even if you have Nclex.

You still need visa screen irrespective of where you are....

About coming back to Nigeria to process Eb3 visa, that am not sure but am thinking you should be able to do it from the embassy Wherever you are.

IYIMAN:

Weldone IYIMAN and Barbie. I have been a silent follower of this thread. I have read through from the first page to the last but I must admit I still don't understand some things and I would like you and the whole house to please shed more light on this.
I'm about to move to the middle east on a job offer. This isn't my final destination but I need to save towards moving to the US.
I am planning to do CES and also write NCLEX next year.
My question is do I still need visa screen if I'm not in nigeria?
Does that mean I have to come back to Nigeria to process my EB3 visa?
Is it possible to get employed in the US after passing the NCLEX on B1/B2 visa. Or will still require visa screen?
Your response would be highly appreciated.

Try to go through this thread, a lot of vital info about CES by CGFNS. Also your ability to practice after CES , Nclex pass etc. May depend on your immigration status. What type of visa you're holding, will you need adjustment of status ( if not on immigrant visa), will you need to come home for consular processing. Those are the things to consider as you start the process.
