If christianity were true, why would evangelism even be necessary? God could just beam the knowledge of christianity directly into everyone's heads, or at very least talk to them like he talked to Paul or the prophets. The supreme Governor of the universe and the Father of mankind. We learn from the revelations that have been given that there are three separate persons in the Godhead: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. From latter-day revelation we learn that the Father and the Son have tangible bodies of flesh and bone and that the Holy Ghost is a personage of spirit without flesh and bone (D&C 130:22–23).

When one speaks of God, it is generally the Father who is referred to; that is, Elohim. All mankind are His children. The personage known as Jehovah in Old Testament times, and who is usually identified in the Old Testament as LORD (in small capitals), is the Son, known as Jesus Christ, and who is also a God. Jesus works under the direction of the Father and is in complete harmony with Him. All mankind are His brethren and sisters, He being the eldest of the spirit children of Elohim. Many of the things that the scripture says were done by God were actually done by the Lord (Jesus). Thus the scripture says that “God created the heaven and the earth” (Gen. 1:1), but we know that it was actually the Lord (Jesus) who was the creator (John 1:3, 10), or as Paul said, God created all things by Christ Jesus (Eph. 3:9). The Holy Ghost is also a God and is variously called the Holy Spirit, the Spirit, the Spirit of God, etc.

Although God created all things and is the ruler of the universe, being omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent (through His Spirit), mankind has a special relationship to Him that differentiates man from all other created things: man is literally God’s offspring, made in His image, whereas all other things are but the work of His hands (Acts 17:28–29).

The God of the scriptures is a holy being. Man is commanded to be holy because God is holy (Lev. 11:44–45; 19:2). God can be known only by revelation. He must be revealed or remain forever unknown (Mosiah 4:9). God first revealed Himself to Adam (Moses 5–6) and has repeatedly made Himself known by revelation to chosen patriarchs and prophets since that time. The present translation of John 1:18 and 1 Jn. 4:12 is misleading, for these say that no man has ever seen God. However, the scriptures state that there have been many who have seen Him. Jesus Christ said there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteousness. (Read John 5:28-29)

These will have the grand opportunity of knowing the Christ.

How will they be judged you may ask?

The scriptures says that he who has died has been acquitted from sin.(Roman's 6:7).

Therefore the resurrected are raised sinless. So how will they be judged since they are have already paid the price for their sins (Roman's 6:23)?

The judgment here refers to the preaching work(Read John 12:48, John 3:18). They will be judged by whether they accept or reject what is preached to them.

They will be judge based on what is in the new scrolls(Read Revelations 20:12). That means we will most likely be using a new other other than the Bible.

This resurrection will occur during the 1,000 year the Devil will be in the abyss(Read Revelations 20:1-3). This is the millenium reign of the Christ. This 1,000 year reign is the Judgment Day. (Read Acts 17:31). It is not a literal day(Read 2 Peter 3:.

This will be a 1,000 year Sabbath rest. That is why Jesus referred to himself as the Lord of the Sabbath. Satan will not be there to mislead mankind during the 1,000 years and the earth will be restored to perfection.

Note that during that 1,000years even though Satan has been abused,some of the resurrected ones will still want act sinfully( Read Isaiah 26:10). These ones will be destroyed.

By the end of the 1,000 year reign, all humans will be brought to perfection. Then Satan will be released from the abyss to mislead mankind. Many of them, though perfect will be mislead by Satan just like perfect Adam was. They and Satan will be destroyed (Revelation 20:7-10).

Point of correct: in Romans Chapter 6 Paul taught the saints the symbolism of Baptism. Paul countered the misconception that grace condones sin. Baptism by immersion symbolizes our death to sin and our new life in Christ. We yield ourselves as servants either to sin or to God. You may read from verse 1 to 7.

Thus when we are immersed in water we are dead to sin- our sins are washed away and we become freed from sin. When we are brought out of the water (symbolising resurrected with Christ) we become sinless and we continue in faith, enduring to the end we become heirs of salvation. But if we go back to sin Baptism cannot save us unless we repent and turn to the Lord again.

Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice was to redeem all mankind who had ever lived, live, and would live on earth. God's plan of salvation for man has never been frustrated or altered at any time. He knows the end from the beginning. He never planned to people the earth with righteous people as some people claimed. He knew Satan would tempt Adam and Eve and He knew man would fall and become unclean to enter the kingdom of God. To save man from the effects of the fall God chose Jesus Christ before the earth was created (1 Peter 1:18-20) to come in due time (the meridian of times) to atone for mankind. Hence those who believed on His name and repent will be purged of their sins and be reconciled with God.

Now, concerning those who died without having a knowledge of Jesus Christ and His true doctrine and lived lives not worthy of the kingdom of God, their spirits are kept in a place of waiting called prison or hell (not the final hell) while their counterparts who had a knowledge of Christ and His redeeming power are kept in a place of waiting called Abraham's bosom or Paradise - not celestial heaven where God dwells (Luke 16:20-24). Note as you read Luke 16:20-24 that there are no waters in the prison or hell as evident in the rich man asking Abraham to please allow Lazarus dip his finger in water to quench his thirst.

In many scriptures and in Isaiah 61:1-2, Jesus Christ promised to open the prison to them that a bound. Zachariah, speaking Messianically, said, " As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I [Jesus Christ] have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water" (Zachariah 9:1)

Jesus Christ fulfilled Zachariah's prophecy between His death and resurrection (1 Peter 3: 18-21). He opened the prison door and preached to them that are dead. Apostle Peter in His own sermon answered why was the gospel preached to them that are dead also "Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick [Living] and the dead.

For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit". (1 Peter 4:5-6)

God, in His infinite wisdom has every thing included in His plan. He is a just God. He provided every opportunity for all His children in all ages to learn of Him and use their agency to either accept or reject Him that He might be fair and just in His Judgement. No man that day shall give excuse saying I did not hear thy word. Surely every knee show bow and every tongue shall confess Jesus Christ is Lord! (Philippians 2:10-11)

Now, this important subject gives birth to another very important subject - the doctrine of baptism for the dead (1 Corinthians 15:29-30). This subject may sound very strange and unimaginable to you just like the many convert to the church of Jesus Christ at Corinth felt about the resurrection of the dead discussed in 1 Corinthians chapter 15. The saints did not think about the resurrection with their eyes single to the glory and power of God but with their physical eyes and understanding wonder how it is possible for one who is drowned in the sea and chopped by big fish, one who burned to ashes, one who was buried and turned to dust ages ago come back to life with body, bones and limbs in their perfect frame. If you were there at that time you may have wandered so and say this is madness and may never believe it except you are sufficiently humble to feel the promptings of the still small voice whispering to you the veracity of the doctrine.

Paul pacified them and reassured them of Christ resurrection which makes it possible for all mankind to resurrect. And in the process he mentioned the doctrine of baptism for the dead in a very obscure manner. If not the concerns of the Corinthian saints perhaps nothing would be mentioned about it in the Holy Bible.

The gospel is being preached to our dead ones in the prison without waters. Baptism will now save them that have accepted the gospel there. Remember there are no waters there? And baptism is an earthy ordinance, and they are now spirits thereby cannot do it for themselves. They look unto us to do a vicarious baptism for them to free them from prison. This is a fulfilment of Malachi's prophecy, " Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse" (Malachi 4:5-6).

Concerning this very important subject, the Prophet Joseph Smith, who was called to usher in the dispensation of the fullness of times recorded in the Doctrine and Covenants ( the book containing the revelations he received from Jesus Christ) :

1 As I stated to you in my letter before I left my place, that I would write to you from time to time and give you information in relation to many subjects, I now resume the subject of the baptism for the dead, as that subject seems to occupy my mind, and press itself upon my feelings the strongest, since I have been pursued by my enemies.
2 I wrote a few words of revelation to you concerning a recorder. I have had a few additional views in relation to this matter, which I now certify. That is, it was declared in my former letter that there should be a recorder, who should be eye-witness, and also to hear with his ears, that he might make a record of a truth before the Lord.
3 Now, in relation to this matter, it would be very difficult for one recorder to be present at all times, and to do all the business. To obviate this difficulty, there can be a recorder appointed in each ward of the city, who is well qualified for taking accurate minutes; and let him be very particular and precise in taking the whole proceedings, certifying in his record that he saw with his eyes, and heard with his ears, giving the date, and names, and so forth, and the history of the whole transaction; naming also some three individuals that are present, if there be any present, who can at any time when called upon certify to the same, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

7 You will discover in this quotation that the books were opened; and another book was opened, which was the book of life; but the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works; consequently, the books spoken of must be the books which contained the record of their works, and refer to the records which are kept on the earth. 11 Now the great and grand secret of the whole matter, and the summum bonum of the whole subject that is lying before us, consists in obtaining the powers of the Holy Priesthood. For him to whom these keys are given there is no difficulty in obtaining a knowledge of facts in relation to the salvation of the children of men, both as well for the dead as for the living.
12 Herein is glory and honor, and immortality and eternal life—The ordinance of baptism by water, to be immersed therein in order to answer to the likeness of the dead, that one principle might accord with the other; to be immersed in the water and come forth out of the water is in the likeness of the resurrection of the dead in coming forth out of their graves; hence, this ordinance was instituted to form a relationship with the ordinance of baptism for the dead, being in likeness of the dead.
13 Consequently, the baptismal font was instituted as a similitude of the grave, and was commanded to be in a place underneath where the living are wont to assemble, to show forth the living and the dead, and that all things may have their likeness, and that they may accord one with another—that which is earthly conforming to that which is heavenly, as Paul hath declared, 1 Corinthians 15:46, 47, and 48:
14 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy; and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as are the records on the earth in relation to your dead, which are truly made out, so also are the records in heaven. This, therefore, is the sealing and binding power, and, in one sense of the word, the keys of the kingdom, which consist in the key of knowledge.
15 And now, my dearly beloved brethren and sisters, let me assure you that these are principles in relation to the dead and the living that cannot be lightly passed over, as pertaining to our salvation. For their salvation is necessary and essential to our salvation, as Paul says concerning the fathers—that they without us cannot be made perfect—neither can we without our dead be made perfect.
16 And now, in relation to the baptism for the dead, I will give you another quotation of Paul, 1 Corinthians 15:29: Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead?
17 And again, in connection with this quotation I will give you a quotation from one of the prophets, who had his eye fixed on the restoration of the priesthood, the glories to be revealed in the last days, and in an especial manner this most glorious of all subjects belonging to the everlasting gospel, namely, the baptism for the dead; for Malachi says, last chapter, verses 5th and 6th: Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
18 I might have rendered a plainer translation to this, but it is sufficiently plain to suit my purpose as it stands. It is sufficient to know, in this case, that the earth will be smitten with a curse unless there is a welding link of some kind or other between the fathers and the children, upon some subject or other—and behold what is that subject? It is the baptism for the dead. For we without them cannot be made perfect; neither can they without us be made perfect. Neither can they nor we be made perfect without those who have died in the gospel also; for it is necessary in the ushering in of the dispensation of the fulness of times, which dispensation is now beginning to usher in, that a whole and complete and perfect union, and welding together of dispensations, and keys, and powers, and glories should take place, and be revealed from the days of Adam even to the present time. And not only this, but those things which never have been revealed from the foundation of the world, but have been kept hid from the wise and prudent, shall be revealed unto babes and sucklings in this, the dispensation of the fulness of times.
19 Now, what do we hear in the gospel which we have received? A voice of gladness! A voice of mercy from heaven; and a voice of truth out of the earth; glad tidings for the dead; a voice of gladness for the living and the dead; glad tidings of great joy. How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of those that bring glad tidings of good things, and that say unto Zion: Behold, thy God reigneth! As the dews of Carmel, so shall the knowledge of God descend upon them!
20 And again, what do we hear? Glad tidings from Cumorah! Moroni, an angel from heaven, declaring the fulfilment of the prophets—the book to be revealed. A voice of the Lord in the wilderness of Fayette, Seneca county, declaring the three witnesses to bear record of the book! The voice of Michael on the banks of the Susquehanna, detecting the devil when he appeared as an angel of light! The voice of Peter, James, and John in the wilderness between Harmony, Susquehanna county, and Colesville, Broome county, on the Susquehanna river, declaring themselves as possessing the keys of the kingdom, and of the dispensation of the fulness of times!
21 And again, the voice of God in the chamber of old Father Whitmer, in Fayette, Seneca county, and at sundry times, and in divers places through all the travels and tribulations of this Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! And the voice of Michael, the archangel; the voice of Gabriel, and of Raphael, and of divers angels, from Michael or Adam down to the present time, all declaring their dispensation, their rights, their keys, their honors, their majesty and glory, and the power of their priesthood; giving line upon line, precept upon precept; here a little, and there a little; giving us consolation by holding forth that which is to come, confirming our hope!
22 Brethren, shall we not go on in so great a cause? Go forward and not backward. Courage, brethren; and on, on to the victory! Let your hearts rejoice, and be exceedingly glad. Let the earth break forth into singing. Let the dead speak forth anthems of eternal praise to the King Immanuel, who hath ordained, before the world was, that which would enable us to redeem them out of their prison; for the prisoners shall go free.
23 Let the mountains shout for joy, and all ye valleys cry aloud; and all ye seas and dry lands tell the wonders of your Eternal King! And ye rivers, and brooks, and rills, flow down with gladness. Let the woods and all the trees of the field praise the Lord; and ye solid rocks weep for joy! And let the sun, moon, and the morning stars sing together, and let all the sons of God shout for joy! And let the eternal creations declare his name forever and ever! And again I say, how glorious is the voice we hear from heaven, proclaiming in our ears, glory, and salvation, and honor, and immortality, and eternal life; kingdoms, principalities, and powers!
24 Behold, the great day of the Lord is at hand; and who can abide the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fuller’s soap; and he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness. Let us, therefore, as a church and a people, and as Latter-day Saints, offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness; and let us present in his holy temple, when it is finished, a book containing the records of our dead, which shall be worthy of all acceptation.

If you ask me I would say her conversion to Jehovah's witness or not does not in anyway make Jehovah's witness a true religion. Her being a Jehovah's witness today could be for the sake of marriage. The man may never marry her if she declines. Jehovah's witness possess one character that is ungodly and very deadly to man's happiness- The main objective of man's existence is to find true and never ending happiness.

A Jehovah's witness father will force his wife and children to accept his religion whether they like it or not or be denounced. This is very deadly and poses threat to God's plan of man's existence. God's will is for man to make right choices that would earn him a never ending happiness in His presence but He does not force, compel the human conscience to choose the right because He knows we will be happier when we, of our own free will choose the right.

Know this, that ev’ry soul is free To choose his life and what he’ll be; For this eternal truth is giv’n: That God will force no man to heav’n.

He’ll call, persuade, direct aright, And bless with wisdom, love, and light, In nameless ways be good and kind, But never force the human mind.

The truth is that Jesus Christ was not born on Christmas day. Celebration of Christmas is not scriptural but there is nothing wrong, just like other holidays, if the world set aside a day to reflect and celebrate the birth of Christ. Though not the day and time He was born but the weather, atmosphere and all around bring special warmth to everyone. Since it is not a commandment from God to celebrate Christmas, those who do not celebrate should not be seen as apostates. Like my church celebrate christmas but her chapels are closed for any form of worship on that day except that day coincides with sunday- a day of worship. Finally, I want to say it is fun to join in the celebrations!
