Politics / Re: The Pdp Governorship Candidate Declared The Winner Of Cross River Election by Showab1: 2:46pm On Feb 27, 2012
I resides in Calabar, my wife participated in the just concluded election as an 'Observer' and she confirmed to me that the two polling unit she visited, out of over 1,000 registers voters each, one had only 50 while the other had about 80 acreditted voters which is less less than 10% in each case.

I am so suprise to see this figure that there were about 500,000 plus voters for the governorship election which is 40% plus.

I can see most pple shouting Sanusi's name here and there, the last time I read it that the idea of ''Islamic Banking'' by CBN was started during Soludo's reign but nobody has ever come here to shout his name. Intead, they all keep on shouting Sanusi who is just implementing what he met on ground.

To all haters of Islam, ''Islamic bank'' has come to stay and there is nothing any one of you can do to stop it.

Is it compulsory you bank with them?

If anyone feels he/she is not comfortable with it because it is called ''Islamic Bank'', then go aheaad with the other availablabe banking options.

I am seriously tired for this PHCN people, they bring a fixed amount of bill every month and the consumers are not getting the corresponding services, Even if there is no power supply for the whole month. Is this not robbery of the highest order?

It is only few consumers that uses a pre paid meter that pays for what they consume.

In as mush as I condemned pple taking laws into their own hands but why is it that pple just hate Muslims and Islam. Once a muslim is connected to any extra judicial killing, pple start shouting Islam as if the religion itself support pple taking laws into their own hands. Has anyone here ever mention Christian/Christianity when ever all these killing of innocent pple ( Nigerians ) occur in the US/UK just because of BB or what ever.

I was able to convince a colleague in the office who was supporting GEJ before with no any reason. Thank God for all the recent mess up by the PDP and GEJ's absence from the NN24 debate, presently, the guy is seriously campaigning for BB now after seeing so many reasons why we have to vote PDP out of power. My Wife, my Junior ones and some other colleagues are 100% ready to queue behind BB come April 09.
