1. Currently you get a 2 years post-study visa after schooling and Yes, you can take your spouse. On the highlighted that has never been true. If you get a job after your studies then you can stay. The only difference now is that there is a post-study visa that gives you ample time to get a suitable job.

2. If you have the money to outrightly buy the property then it should be fine. Otherwise getting a mortgage on a student visa might be near impossible but I could be wrong.

Two questions:.

1. UK is notorious for sending people out after the study visa. I want go study masters in the UK and take my spouse along. Would I be legally allowed to stay.

2. Can I be an entrepreneur and stay back especially in the real estate sector; which brings me to the second question, Can someone on study permit invest or buy real estate properties in the UK. I believe people already living there are best to answer this question.

Now I want to do superstructure:
This what they are requesting
materials

1. sand. - 70000
2.cement. - 25 bag @4100
3. stone. 47,000
4. iron. Don't know yet till I call iron bender
5. block. - 2500
6. Carpenter don't know yet

labour. 250k

the lintel must be round for external walls

6 pillars to be done


Please I need advice.. especially ok costs.
