All I know is that you cant be a part of the people ruining this country, and expect to have peace abroad, wherever you see these politicians in the diaspora, drag them, let them stay in their country to fix it.

Dear All,

I am offering my HR experience and knowledge to anyone on this plaform that requires it. I have some experience working with local, multinatinational and international development organizations along the way and am willing to provide gudiance and clarifications if required.

I would prefer to responde openly here and not in private and also i don't have job opening but i can make recommendations if i see any opening that matches people's profile.

Cheers...

Hello, how are you today, i would like to take you up on your offer. I have been in administration for close to 10years now, and recently decided i would like to move to HR, though my organization doesn't have a proper HR structure(civil service), i have decided to move to HR line and get myself another job(in search of job satisfaction). Presently i have enrolled for a masters programme in U. I(industrial and labour relations) im on the 2nd stage of the CIPM exams. I am also considering getting certified with either shrm or sphri, before finally launching a job search. Am i on the right track, or is there something else I should be doing? Thank you for your time

This whole coronahoax is just a test run to see what they can get away with. Judging by the peoples reactions so far....the deep state has us by the short and curlies. And they know it.

ever heard of H1N1. It was 100 times worse and no one noticed. This virus is real but the severity of the situation has been blown way out of proportion for political reasons. The constitution was too much trouble and needed to be scrapped. They have succeeded.

Crazy world we are living in right now. Almost makes you wonder if something else isn’t brewing while everyone is preoccupied with this Coronavirus.

I like that you think outside the box, what books have you read, that might have influenced the re-direction of your reasoning? I wouldn't mind a few tips

Hi sis, I just collected mine o. Had to do it myself. The staff were quite nice to me but my feet hurt from going round the offices. Started at 10am finished at 2.30pm.

Thank God.

Im happy for you o, at least that's a load off your mind. The issue i had was with one pregnant lady in the certificate office. She was probably suffering from pregnancy hormones. If i still see the lady for road, i go flog am grin

You are lucky you lived to see another day. I too have road rage; I can go from mild to volatile in a split second and without much thought. Hit my car from behind, I'm already jumping out of the car and heading to meet the culprit. Just know that once you engage the aggressor, whenever happens afterwards is fair game. It scares me but sometimes I think i might die from a road rage incident.

cheesy grin my own is frsc and vio officials, im always going into a rage with those guys, my papers dey always complete o, but i always see red with them, betta screaming and yelling, after the last encounter i had with them this week, i downloaded an anger management book, i cant continue in this manner. Funny thing is im mild mannered and very reasonable, hate confrontations with a passion, but when e reach this people, i just lose it

Compliments of the day to all Nairalanders. Hope the weekend has been splendid(Recession nonetheless) grin

I have a Sister who finished from Psychology Department, UNILAG in 2005 but has not been able to collect her certificate since then because she works and resides in one of the Northern States.

I want to know if anyone on the forum has an idea of the requirements/processes for collection of certificates. Information such as collection days, amount to be paid and how long it would take to process, would be really appreciated.

This would aid her in proper planning before applying for leave at work to travel down to Lagos. I also would like to know if it could be collected by proxy.

Thanks all for your efforts. You're appreciated.

MODS, can you kindly help out with the front page for visibility and responses.

Why cant certificates be issued during convocation? Would it be making some incompetent people redundant and unable to play God? I really dislike the system we have in this country, i know lw this type of thing goes on everywhere, its frustrating
Education / Re: UNILAG CERTIFICATE: Information Needed On Requirements For Collection by tjskii(f): 8:54pm On Dec 02, 2019
By the time i got everything done again the only difference between the scanned copies nd the original was the colour of ink on the stamps used, scanned was black, while original was purple. With the technological advances going on in the world, it irks me that an institution of learning, would reject scanned copies of documents that you can actually see are genuine and put one through the hell i went through today, i feel so ashamed to be a unilag alumni, i hated the school today, and hated the fact that, the school deliberately put stumbling blocks inthe path of those willing to pick up their certificates
