I believe the one year program will be a good ground for him to get a Master degree provided you have good grades even though you will still be evaluated on your BSc transcript but then, having good grades in the one year program helps you to send a strong signal that you are capable especially having good grades in a Canadian school...

HayqinsbFX is correct then, its better to give a straight and blunt answer than give one false hope. I'm sure the person wants to know if he can apply for a masters degree with the result from his one year prog.

Please you do not need a consultant just look up schools in ontario and mail them, most college admissions are very easy.

I agree with you. But he did submit a study leave letter. The best bet is to request for your gcms files. Trust me its easier to work on ur next app based on what you get off it, its better than just making guesses. cc dazlinga
