They don't reply because they don't usually have the naira to pay their customers and they don't know when they will and if they come online, they are sure people will ask them for their money so they just stay offline.
I've sent them funds before and I didn't get paid on time so after 24 hours, I called their number was off, message on WhatsApp was delivering but they didn't open it. I sent email no response and I dropped message on this thread and I was replied after 3 days when they have paid.
Do you think they didn't see the message? No they did because I'm sure there were a lot of people like me disturbing them for their money but they couldn't read them because they had no money to pay.

I can't believe you guys are actually have a dumb conversation with Truegold. He obviously doesn't want to pay you guys. They already sent the funds to your NTR account before it gets blocked by Neteller which the main reason is that you're receiving too much funds which can be considered as money laundering, hence, Neteller needs some documents from you and if they're satisfied with the documents you provide, you account would be unblocked and if Neteller thinks your documents ain't complete the account is going to get closed and YOU(Neteller) would be able to withdraw the funds in the account before it gets blocked to your bank account.
I'm 100% sure your account wasn't blocked before your customers sent the funds to your Neteller account before if it was blocked by then, all transactions would've been unsuccessful which means your customers would still have their money in their own Neteller account and not yours.
Let's say you're a seller on Ebay and I bought an item from you, I made the payment for the item like any other buyer would do, then after like 5 hours, PayPal got your account blocked (Limited). You're basically saying you're not going to send the item which has already been paid for to the seller? Are you out of your mind here or something?
My advice to all the customers who made payment to Truegold Neteller account is just to link up with other customers (like 5 people) and visit their office. When you're there, tell truegold to call Neteller on the phone and ask about the payments received into their account before the account got blocked, if Neteller confirms the payments sent to Truegold.... Then Truegold has no option than to send the payments to their customers.
If you don't do what I said above, I read someone saying the funds is meant to be his rent, I'm telling you, you're definitely gonna get sent packing, except your rent is due in 3 months time I swear.

Yeah very proud guy. doesn't pick calls, doesn't reply whatsapp chats. he's always behaving like he owns the funds you sent to him and he's doing you a favor exchanging it when in the actual sense he's the one making the bigger gain.
Truth is at least 100 msgs comes into our whatsapp every minute... expecting us to reply instantly is not feasible. From all I can read from your thread, this is not the first time you are having issues paying your client and this shows the kinda business you run. I can now understand why your price is higher than others. it's because people will not want to use your services so you try to lure them with higher prices. please look for a solution before we start calling you a Scammer and I'm sure you know how high this website is ranked with Google.

A bank can't block our account over a deposit u made and u expect us to fulfil that order. Pls who does that... ? What if the bank got information that the funds u spent to our acct is not urs... it was stolen or hacked and they want to conduct more investigation. Will u stop the bank from doing that? This is what neteller is doing and they need time to carrying out their investigation.
It's obvious they are not comfortable with one or two transactions on that acct, so they blocked to investigate. If things go well... they will reopen the account. If not they will close it permanently and refund the balance there.

That was not a block pls, your account was just place on certain limit, cos neteller wanted you to verify certain details about yourself. myself and some others sold neteller fund to truexgold on Wednesday and he came on Thursday that his account was suspended and because of this, he decided not to pay us in naira until his account is opened or refunded even after he confirmed our funds in his neteller account. he doesn't attend to whatsapp messages and has been saying if his account is not opened by tomorrow Tuesday that means he will be refunded and that will take minimum of a month. I also buy and sell neteller and Skrill and keeping my money in ransom has crippled my business. why take down others with you?
TruexGOLD do not confirm transactions with mere email alert just like we do not confirm cash transactions via SMS or email alerts. We confirm transactions by logging into our ewallet or bank account respectively and checking who and who actually made payment and in any case the SAID Bank or Ewallet account is suspended, blocked, frozen or closed . . . all orders involved are kept on hold till the issue is resolved.
You guyz will definitely get a refund, but it will take sometime. Patience pls.

Not when you have about $50,000.00 moving into such account on daily basis. I guess, your volume wasn't this much. Neteller is regulated and they have very strong AML policy. Unlike many other e-currency providers, Neteller from time to time monitor your account to make sure you are not using their service for money laundering.

You really need to come down to our office to know the things we are into, e-currency exchange is just a branch out of the many lots TRUEXGOLD can do for you. Firstly, we have had about 3 accounts permanently blocked before this and one example is payments AT truexgold DOT com and this particular account was opened with our BOSS correct details and after that 2 other accounts were blocked too, we used the details of some staff here to open those ones. So this is the third time we are experiencing such and we are telling you based on our previous experience, it took NETELLER an average of one - two months make full refund to our Dorm account cos the protocols were much.
Secondly, we gave neteller a call on Saturday, and they promised to get back to us in 2 working days . . . please what is 2 working days from Saturday, Is it not Tuesday. I guess above reply came in because we had to write them too after our call. So nobody is saying or promising you will get back funds from Neteller on Tuesday, rather we are expecting a clearer reply from them to know actually the true state of the account. Whatever happens, we shall take the next step.

You guys are the worst exchanger I've seen. You are not the only exchanger that receives thousands of dollars in your account and your account gets ban every now and then. By now you should know how to handle neteller customer care. I've sent funds since yesterday morning but you choose not to pay up even when you always say you pay within 2 hours on business days. You account was ban later in the evening or this morning and you are holding on to our money until you get a refund from neteller? You have crippled our business with yours. Keep it up. I can conveniently tell you that you have lost me as a customer and so many others that have funds with you. If the account was opened with a name that have documents, your funds should be refunded soon. Just PAY!!!!
U have a right to your opinion so as we have a right to our decision . . . you should have known by now that trading on NTR/BTC can be daisy and we can't bear that risk for you. Neteller do have your money and not truexgold, yes you did sent funds to our NTR account but with the account now blocked only NTR has control over your money, truexgold don't own neteller. Once they refund, all affected users will be credited accordingly.
We regret all the inconveniences though.
