Are you asking for yourself? Or for someone else?

A masters (MSc) in psychology in the UK takes no less than 9 calendar months.

My opinion (and I know they will soon come after me) is that YOU, having spent a year doing an MSc in the UK should be the person to be consulted when it comes to the work prospects of MSc Mental Health Nursing.
You should actually be the consultant.
If I may ask you, why did you choose Mental Health Nursing, after a Psychology and a Philosophy degrees? One would think ‘Twas because your research led you to the bright prospects of mental health nursing, yes?

The mental health nursing you wish to study, does it grant you licence to practice in the UK as a Mental Health Nurse? If yes, then you could potentially be ‘hot cake’. If no, then...
with the 2 year msc in mental health nursing i would be qualified to practice in UK.

Hello house I have a pressing issue bothering me. My spouse currently is not bearing my surname on her passport but we have registered for another one which will be out probably by Dec 10 but the issue is her Tuberculosis test is scheduled for Nov 29 and her current passport bears her name. Please can she use her current passport for the TBS? Then use the new passport that will bear my surname for her visa applocation.... Will there be any issue. Please advise

Other cities are more cheaper but London is like Lagos. Job opportunities are more in London, you can do other business. I still travel over 40miles to London to do my 9ja food shopping.
and you spent all the money u made in working on accommodation unless you want to leave in a rat house. Does it worth it?

Coming with Yur wife & son, just have it in mind of renting at least 1 bedroom flat that will cost you at least £900 inclusive if you are lucky enough. If I may ask if your course duration at Northumbria University is 1yr or 2yrs.
i don’t know why people are still going to study in London when there are Various cheap cities UK

IMPORTANT ADVICE ON SECURING EMPLOYMENT

No course you study will give you automatic job opportunity for PR. There is nothing like the best course to study. We only suggest you to seek shortage occupation list job because of the minimum financial earnings giving you more chance. However, this will not guarantee you any job.

People that are not even in shortage lists can even get full time job and resume immediately after their studies as there are numerous examples of these. What will enable you secure job in the UK for PR are your skills, competences and experience. These will enable you stand out.

For example, if there is only one position for Mechanical Engineering in an organisation and about three people reach the final interview stage. What will make you get the job is what you will add to the company that the other candidates might not add. If you have good programming and can apply machine learning and AI to improve your company, then you will most likely get the job as opposed to others who dont have those skills. Soft skills like good interpersonal and project management skills can also be the difference between success and failure.

lol not totally true! There are certain courses you will study in Uk that will give you instant job the following day of graduation! You need zero experience to be employed in this category! It all about information!

Travel / Re: Why Do Nigerians Study So Many Irrelevant Courses Abroad by Yakeeboy: 11:42am On May 11, 2019
thebosstrevor:
I have noticed the amount of Nigerians traveling abroad to study irrelevant courses then think when they come back, they will be given the jobs.

why do you waste your money and energy studying philosophy, counseling, English in a non-English speaking country, sociology, political science accounting, marketing, PR, history, linguistics, marriage counseling, insurance, sport science, conflict management and all sort of irrelevant courses abroad, all these courses won't put food on your table whether home or abroad, instead of wasting your money studying those courses abroad, you can as well study those courses in Nigeria for cheap.

if you are not studying medicine or STEM subjects abroad (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) pls stop wasting your money and time.

Guys, what is your take?
This same Course Philosophy has paved so many opportunities for me in life. I have never for once regretted taking up philosophy as a major. No course is useless, it a matter of what you made out of the course you studied! I absolutely believe the op is a jambite or an undergraduate that is why he has this sort of mentality.
