Job Description: We are currently seeking Marketing Managers for our Hospital Care division who will be responsible for the direction and implementation of marketing programs pertaining to the Nigerian market within the Hospital Care Division. Impacts organization by providing strategic direction for and promotion of key product groups across targeted classes of trade. Decisions directly impact customer satisfaction levels and sales force focus and direction. Manage overall marketing activities of complex product line within the product portfolio. Manage all day to day activities, product launch activities, development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profitability

 Meet and exceed annual revenue and operating profit goals for product portfolio.
 Designs and implements short and long term product group(s)/division marketing strategy.
 Directs the development of annual revenue and forecast volumes.
 Manage all operational aspects of product line, including forecasting, inventory, backorder, and quality issues.
 Directs all Marketing activities related to new product development and quality.
 Directs all promotional activities directly and through interface with all other company Marketing personnel.
 Directs the development of both internal and external communication programs, i.e. marketing collateral materials, trade shows, newsletters, etc.
 Formulates and recommends strategic direction, personnel/budget requirements, and organized structure.
 Evaluates and negotiates (as appropriate) new technologies, strategic alliances and co-marketing agreements.
 Maintains an active field travel schedule to regularly meet with key customers, sales personnel, vendors, global marketing and consultants.
 Development of product portfolio pricing strategy.
 Develops and monitors product group/division Marketing budget.
 Develops and directs the execution of new product launch activities.


To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a BACHELOR’S DEGREE,OND,DIPLOMA in a Marketing/Management with minimum a year,related marketing experience at a group level with experience in the following; Medical/pharmaceutical sales and medical/pharmaceutical marketing experience, new product development/product launch experience, personnel management experience.
