What's the scoop here? Their website is down (deactivated) since several months ago. The anchor stores haven't open. Christmas is approaching and the cinemas and casinos aren't open yet. In fact not a single store is open for business. Was Tinapa a scam? What a pitty. 300 million dollars away, and not a single shop is open, not even for amala! |

What's the scoop here? Not surpised. It is another white-elephant project. It would be shocking if Duke deliberately scammed his people. The project was planned to fail from start; it is simply not sustainable. there is no enough buying-power from people in Calabar and outsiders will not go there(en-masse) since Nigeria has terrible security, transport system. lesson: we should stop dreaming of grandiose projects and rather start small-cluster-sustainable projects. |
