An Oil & Gas Services company located at Lekki requires a professional PA for our Lagos office based in Ikota, Lekki Lagos. A "hands on" and involving post where you will be seen as part of the business, getting involved with project work, supporting the team, putting new procedures and systems in place as well as providing first class PA support at Director level.

Requirements:

The appropriate candidate must have studied secretarial studies

Your duties will include the following:

- Handling telephone calls and taking messages.
- Typing of letters and documents.
- Keeping diary of appointments and any other commitments for the company employees.
- Obtain and develop a good understanding of the current ordering process.
- Preparation of monthly expense claims.
- Provision of travel arrangements.
- Provision of refreshments for visitors.
- Other office duties and tasks as necessary.
