stpat1: How far with the yahoo or google groups. Has it been opened? If mabelly I suggest you do that since you have the email addresses. Its important so that it will be easy to send updates to members. I'll have to open one for PH members too.

2ruink and mabelly, pls send me your numbers. saintpatrics@gmail.com

You on point on the PHC group mail...but I would like to suggest we first make the overall group mail work first before breaking into sections.

@eleven, yes we have to and pls endeavour to be at the lagos meeting if you can and remember everyone will have to offer an idea, biz, or otherwise. No man is an island.

Peeps there are a lot of construction work going on around the country try and key in into the opportunities that abound. Branding is another good avenue for making good money.

Yes that's exactly what it will be. From the forms we can know what each person has to offer so I'll suggest that it be communicated to the people that will need to give a little break down of the idea they have, and how others can benefit from it. Be it in solo biz, partnership, online biz, investor, where to invest etc. Each of the speakers can be given about 10 mins to tell us what they have to offer.

Just a suggestion. I'm sure mabelly, 2ruink and others have it all ironed out but we still need to give our support to ensure everything turns out a success.

I don't consider this innovation. Nigerians can do better that this ebook nonsense. What is ebook if I may ask? Read my thread and tell me if there is any mention of ebook. We are trying to build an industry like linkedin, intuit, zappos, irokotv and you guys are here talking about ebook? Use your intelligence to create something and don't follow others. I may withdraw my partnership with 2ruik and co if what I will be hearing is ebook. Why can't you guys think of things that will attract diasporians so they can invest in your ideas?

How to create wealth is all around us, only if we open our minds enough to see where it flows from.
I dont really dig internet business but that doesnt mean its not working for others.
I see young graduates complain no job and how difficult it is to make ends meet. Buh i tell you, the ability and willingness to absolve oneself in the process of learning, continous searching, mind flexibility in regards business ideas/opportunities would make awhole lot of difference. There are alot of opportunities one can tap into as a starter without sinking millions of naira into it and one of such is what i termed ''commodity arbitraging'' (to be continued).
The Nigeria's Business and Entrepreneurs Coalition is going to be a platform where members would come together to analyse, support, share and work with their different business ideas/opportunities also in line with what stpat1 as mentioned above its going to be a platform where members could be business partners, source for investor, links would be established, team could be built, member would support one another in achieving their altimate goal and etc.
As some one rightly said, team work might just be what you need to succeed.

Your above comment is not fair on @El Mateo...We shouldn't be addressing ourselves in this manner.

Attitude like above does not encourage people to speak their minds for fear of being rejected, abused or laughed at.

In an idea generated meeting every comment and suggestion should be welcomed.

Great ideas today were once viewed as nonsense. Nonsense is the raw material for sense. I hope you understand me and apologize to him.

Please I am yet to get my form...my email address again is: imoisilis@yahoo.com

For new entrants like me who are still trying to catch up...I think one of the ways we can catch up quickly is to print the whole page or alternatively convert it to PDF in print mode and read as a single thread instead of opening pages.

Will be back shortly on how to convert it PDF file. Thank you

N.B: I have tried converting the file to PDF so I could upload here for new entrants to quickly read and be up to date but NL no longer prints all pages...only prints current page...sorry.

I consider this harsh. The guy was only giving what he has to offer. Different people have achieved different levels and if this is the little he has to offer then it should be appreciated. Note that he did not ask to be paid for it. You never know, maybe its just someone out there needs.

I know there are guys here embedded with great ideas and innovations who only need a little push and support to manifest the greatness in them. We hope to be able to help them explore that arsenal of ideas and bring it to reality.

Let's try and encourage everyone so some don't get discouraged thinking their contribution will be rejected or considered unintelligent.

No wahala mabelly, I will endeavour to be at the meeting cos I know there will be a lot to gain from meeting great minds. It will also be an opportunity for me to meet some of my investors that I have never really met in person. I will be there with a couple of friends and investor who are looking forward to partner with people with ideas that will be symbiotically beneficial to all parties involved.
