Odunnu: OMG!What would have caused this?Probably oxygen tanks. They are used for weak patients who have difficulty breathing on their own. I'm just guessing anyway. 1 Like 1 Share |

Just spoke to someone on the scene, its all under control. He said its the hiv ward or something related to it, the noise at the background was much so culdnt get all details, but no casualties reported. |
