please somebody should helpme with the contact of the minister of internal affairs,,i work with the spañish company that produce the electronic national identity of spain and some eu countries.please we can have a very good affordable id cards in nigeria with all the 21century protection against fraud.the picture is below

By the way, I reproduced my school id card around the same time at a retail price of N150. How much is the exchange rate of €/#? It can be done! I promise you that if you ship this job to China, they will mass produce these id cards at a cost of €0.20/card.
