Today I will take you through the process of making Fish Salad. Many people especially in this part of the world prefer heavy food. While heavy food has its benefits, sometimes it is also good to take vegetables that help to make your body fresh.

Salad is good for the body; it is a mixture of raw vegetables, especially lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
