Pls I want to know if the new Airtel huawei E173u-2 has being unlock by anyone. I have try to unlock it but to no avail. If there is any thing I can do to make it unlock. Pls advise me.

I am trying to download Huawei E173 update firmware

The new Airtel Huawei E173u-2 does prompt up code to input unlock code ant dccrap could not unlock it. The only option is to upgrade firmware but to upgrade or update is not working.

same problem. I don't think the hack is out yet for E173U-2. We should give it a bit more time.

I have given u the best way to unlock ur modem,but it seems u r not computer wise. So gudluck tryin to solve it urself.I used the same method to unlock the same modem u r cryin about.

All these process cannot unlock the latest airtel modem. Go get the latest version of dccrap and it will unlock without stress. Not free either

just bought mine today and i download the software .....it doesn't support this version E173u-2..... what else

Am in the same longthing. I've been trying 4 a wek now. de funny thing is that it doesn't accepte another sim let alone asking you for unlock code. anytime I' put another sim it'll write invalid sim. Pls. eny help will do.
