I will give him 9. Reason being that his leadership showcases a determination to keep the country in Unity; determination to win the War against terrorism, corruption and other social vices eg. trial of those involved in the oil subsidy scam; a determination to reorientate Nigerians; a determination to empower the youths and women (Youwin and sure programme). I minused 1 mark for him just because he is human and not perfect. |
