Most of those decisions are made through consultation with the people not by Okorocha alone. Even the change of plans involve the demand of the people themselves but propaganda is a business in Imo and the less intelligent ones can be deceived by it.

The drainages are covered afterwards. Be observant and you will notice. Only Okorocha is building covered drainages while others cut out part of the road as walkways leaving the drainages open. Also notice that trees have already been planted though dry as a result of harmattan.

Just look at the picture you uploaded to support he is constructing covered drainages, some potions are covered and some are open this is a street, not a highway the manholes are all open to me whatever that is worth doing is worth doing well.

Federal govt doles out monthly allocations to the 27 local government areas in Imo state for their development.
A governor who hardly knows what governance is all about collects the money, uses a fraction of the money and builds what fancies him in the state capital WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE;

once in a while, the governor builds a thing outside the state capital for diversionary purposes.
Governor and his praise singers think that Imo people, except them, are stupid.

APC has shown Okorocha and his son-in-law RED CARD. Imo people have shown Okorocha and his son-in-law RED CARD.

You cannot deceive everybody. Remember the Okigwe Stadium and hospital were posted earlier. There's no local government area in Imo State without roads tarred by Imsg, schools built by Imsg, ICT center built by Imsg and hospital structure built by Imsg.

Okigwe deserves many times more development projects than Stadium and Hospital in 8 years. Three months of Okigwe's federal allocation is enough to build the Okigwe stadium and hospital.
Okorocha's projects focused on Owerri, and his last days focus on Okigwe, can't account for 1/4 of the federal allocations to the 27 local government areas of Imo state in 8 years.
What significant development did Okorocha do in the other rural local govt areas not in cities of Okigwe and Owerri?

Yes you're right but it's being done and cannot be completed overnight. The manholes will be the last thing to be covered after the entire drainages are fully covered with sidewalks. The difference between Okorocha and others is that he is not doing to impress but to effect permanent and futuristic change. If he is like others he would have just built one road and easily finish the drainages, coverings and beautification for propaganda but he is rather building all the roads at the same time and equally completing them gradually before he leaves May. Combined length of these roads if reduced to 2 lanes is up to 1000 km and most of them were started between May 2017 and May 2018 with demolition, clearing and excavation before, drainage, filling, leveling, treatment and asphalting followed by the ornamental aspect he's facing now.

Rubish. all i see is hotels. while Anambra is building factories Imo state capital is turned into a whoring den. Is Owerri the only place in Imo? how about orlu and Okikwe, the situation in Orluvis.not only pathetic but shameful. Rochas must have done well for owerri, but he faiked woefully by abandoning other parts of Imo. Orlu Zone will definately go for their own thats a fact, cos they have been short changed by Rochas. I cant say i blame them.

When your candidate wins, will IMO state turn to utopia overnight, pls desist from running down your state for selfish reason, the intending investor, you tend to wore into IMO state might as well see this post of yours which will discourage him/her, you should learn to speak good of your state and your tribe.
Note to the best of my knowledge nobody here is a political appointee of the IMO state government, so i urge you to relocate your unnecessary rants to the appropriate quarters.

I am resident in Owerri and saying that Rochas hasn't achieved anything is not true. The quality of his projects are substandard no doubt but widening of the city roads, street lighting, bringing back sanity on the roads by replacing bikes and Keke napep with taxis and buses, removing the markets from city centre to the outskirts etc are some of the good things he will be remembered for. Besides, Rochas is not contesting again and neither is he supporting the APC flag bearer, so why are you drawing parallels with Rochas while trying to promote PDP?
Mind you, I support Ihedioha and will definitely vote for him on election day while also campaigning for him because I believe he is better than the other men he is contesting against. Uzodinma and Ararume have got nothing to offer Imo state while Uche Nwosu is still a rookie, a real otondo who should learn how to crawl before trying to walk. However, my point is that these pictures you are posting here or saying Rochas didn't do a single thing in Imo state is not necessary at all.

i totally agree with you on ihedioha, he is the only one that can get imo state working again. the few roads done by rochas in owerri are as good as nothing because they are substandard and cannot withstand the next rainy season. rochas failed imo state completely. just take a look at rochas completed flyover in owerri
