How much for a land in Ikotun and can one confirm that is not fake.

for ikotun,it's 1,000 square per meter,all u just av to do is to multiply 1,000 by you plot area.
e.g if it is 60 by 120,
Assessment fee is 120*1,000=120,000
Then you add the following fees to it
Consent Fee is 8% of 120k=9,600
Stamp Duty is 2% of 120k=2,400
Capital Gain Tax is 2% of 120k=2,400
Registration Fee is 3% of 120k=3,600
Altogether 120,000+18,000=138k
This is for Gov. Consent but for C of O you remove Consent fee from the calculation.Thank

Fakes document comes when you have survey that has been doctored(manipulated coordinates i.e coordinates outside your purchased land) and as a result if used for processing, automatically the doc you get will be FAKE. Another way you can get fake doc is when you do not pass through proper channel i.e you can do independent confirmation using your file number to know the stage of your processing by calling Land dept in Alausa,and under 10mins information would definitely be provided but otherwise, fake doc.
