Due to expansion, our company an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Company requires the following to be part of our Maintenance Team:

1. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS II. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATION

First Degree or Higher Diploma: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum of five years practical experience.

Excellent knowledge of facility management and maintenance including basic knowledge of Plumbing, A/C and Electrical.

Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Proven problem solving, trouble shooting and project management skills.

Ability to create comprehensive maintenance program.

Above average computer skills.

Excellent communications skills with the consultants, clients and team members.

Having worked in a construction or engineering industry

iii. ALSO REQUIRED ARE:

1. A/C FOREMEN   2. A/C TECHNICIANS       3. ELECTRICIANS

4. PLUMBERS         5. WELDERS

REQUIREMENT

National Diploma and/or Trade test III, II and I. Candidates should have at least five years working experience in their respective disciplines.
