Don't mind the fool that is thinking with his rear end. Pastor should come to build free schools when Governors like Alams, Ipah Igbinedion and Ibori cleaned out their state treasuries to build refineries abroad and their people are paying N97 per litre as a result and Peter "Donatus" Odili built a hospital in South Africa that the builder has snatched from him.

Or Bishop should build free schools when IBB could not build more than one power plant, and now wants to buy another one with the money he stole from Nigeria.

And you wonder why Nigeria is getting worse when the people are ignorant and blind fools chasing shadows.

Nonsense!

I'm begging these people to please touch the life of the "man in the street". People need help.
If only religious bodies (church and the likes) can do the following, I won't mind if they own AIRFORCE ONE...
*Establishing health centers(not of a teaching hospital standard) across the nation with the aim of tackle common but deadly diseases like malaria, water-related diseases etc, Malaria kills people every minute in the world and Nigeria is not an exception. Just like the missionaries did. Me think this too we help in reducing unemployment.
*Even though we have leaders in government, they (religious bodies) should @ least carry out community based programs. Just go to the rural sections of this country, you'll see what I mean.
*They should please assist the less privilege and the downtrodden in the area of education, especially @ d early stages of education (Pry and secondary). The missionaries did this also. Scholarship schemes should be expanded so as to accommodate more candidate in these church/mosque owned university.
*And finally, they should stand for the masses in times of trouble and need. Remember the fuel subsidy protests? Most of these religious leaders kept quiet during the uprising. Rather they kept asking members to pray that God should help/ that we too should pray to H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ our own share irrespective of the outcome and all that noise. This is where the problem lies in this country...
Well this will be another subject for discussion.
But of course, what do I know? Since some are claiming to be better than others by displaying how "mighty" they are on NAIRALAND. My question to everyone is What have you done to better the existence of a fellow being? It doesn't H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ to be material. Your disposition and attitude towards others goes a long way to tell what kind of impact you've made and most importantly, the kind of person you are.
But again I could be wrong...

Give scholarships and pay hospital bills for some that can't afford to. Oyedepo I hail thee

His choice. Besides, the older three Winner's aircraft are to be disposed of, just the way you replace cars in a fleet.
And before you accuse Bishop of robbing the masses, ask your chicken brain where IBB got the money to be bidding for one of the power stations in your country, or where Nigeria's debtor number 1 Femi Otedola got the money to bid for a power station.
WHO IS REALLY ROBBING THE MASSES? DUMB NIGERIANS, WAKE UP!

stagger: A typical trip by a man of Bishop's status will go with a pastoral staff of at least 10 persons. He travels worldwide for preaching engagements.
Instead of paying between N300,000 to N1,000,000 in air fares travelling to sometimes three speaking engagements a week (AND THERE WILL BE FOOLS HERE WHO WILL SAY THAT THE AIR FARE IS TOO MUCH ASSUMING THE MEN OF GOD TRAVEL WITH COMMERCIAL ARILINES), the church decides to buy an aircraft to ferry them around.
- No Aero style delays. (my wife once had her flight delayed by Aero for 18 hours!)
- No sudden cancellations like Arik Air did and stranded all their international passengers.
- No poor services or aircraft where the ACs are not working properly.
- No coffins in the sky like Dana Air (where two pastors and their wives died because they flew on a stupidly decrepit plane).
My company once paid $12,000 an hour to Aero for a medical evacuation in Delta state. You think say that money na beans? Wouldn't such money be used to buy a small aircraft or a chopper that can be used for such purpose?
SO what is the joke? If a church can afford to buy an aircraft for its pastoral staff, WHY NOT?

Lego brain talking.

Why not tell your own organization to buy one for you? Nigerians are always jealous of success, and rather than study the model that produced the success and replicate it, they prefer to pull the successful person down to their level. By the time Winners Chapel buys 6 more aircraft, lego brains like you will keep quiet for good.

You should be happy that a church can own private jets without accessing the aviation fund that people like Jimoh Ibrahim took N35billion from, yet cannot maintain a national carrier. Of course, have you every heard that Winner's aircraft were grounded, or seized because they could not pay, or missed C checks because of lack of money?

Lego brain, you think they buy aircraft with lego bricks such as the one your brain is made of?

Though no source to prove the authenticity of the list. The name beside the plane was bishop oyedepo not winners chapel.they are his planes. Stop fooling yourself there is no OUR in that matter its HIS.

Hmm bishop oyedipo all dis days av been wishing for the day I will talk 4 private jets in this poverty country.. And he claims to be a man of God is it fair the was our pastors acquire wealth from offering and tithe its not only him oh same with other pastors church is a money making organisation. Pastors will be using range rovers , private jet when the congregation are still jumping bus.. God help us in this countries a poor man will come to church and drop the only money he has thinking its for God. Dis men of God will convert everything for themselves that's why I say if u like don't go to church on sunday u can stay @ home and pray with ur family will still answer ur prayers where did oyedipo get money to buy 4 jets. Is it not from his church and skul. The man is so rich and very proud.. So if I say I will marry a pastor I'm I not planning my future well grin

Can you tell us who first made this statement and what page that sentence is found in that book? That book was in my house when I was born and i have read it, and the world has jettisoned the man's ideas because they were stupid and impracticable. Yet you and others like you still quote this dumb line to console yourselves.

SO who wrote that statement for the first time? [/quot

KARL MARX. His ideas have failed due to the needs of 1 outweighing the needs of many typical of humans every where. However that particular quote has stood the test of time
