stev007: I think the longest I have stayed without my bf (now ex) is a year and 4months....so yes for a bf I can stay a year and 4months which would be hell for me, but for a husband....a month tops! If I don't see him after a month, I'm gonna take the next available flight or vehicle to wherever he is before I go crazy. 6 Likes |

stev007: I was discussing with a female friend who said that for the past 8yrs, she has not set eyes on her husband. Her husband after their marriage 8yrs ago, traveled to europe but has not returned. Although they speak regularly on the phone, he insisted that he will only come back to Nigeria when he must have gotten enough money that will make him not have any need to travel abroad again. The girl in question has only a little boy to show for her marriage. It made me to wonder, How long can you stay without your partner or boyfriend/galfriend? A day, a week, a month or years? As for me, I can't last a month she didn't tell u the amount of vibratos the husband has sent ? |

As for me, we may have it for about 4 times a week and next 4weeks every one on its own. We even discaussed it together and no clear reason was pinpointed, but we are happy that way. so, its smhw hard 4 me to be so specific. |

@OP Strictly speaking they are not without each other. They are in frequent communication. In these days of cell phones it is difficult for couples to completely stay out of touch if the guy is not in jail. If you are talking of conjugal access, that is a different matter. Normally it is said that a couple needs two contacts per week. Complete fidelity by both partners is unlikely. 8 yrs is a long time. The man may be able to depend on his will power but I dont see how the woman can cope. Generally when some women begin to say things like that (absent husband), know that they are asking for your attention. |
