I supplied you the best Itara wood, and the carpenter and the baba engr confirmed that to your brother Mr. Chika before my boys started offloading the woods, and after counting and confirmed the accurate numbers of woods the carpenter and his boys started moving the woods upstairs but after that the carpenter and the baba engr started grumbling that why should we supply wood without payment, that they don't believe someone can supply woods without payment to site, that I block their ways, saying they are the ones that suppose to supply the woods, and they affirm that the wood is good but if i don't settle them they will condemn the woods, and i told them that i don't have anything to give them because i had over discounted the prices of the wood to you, this conversation was between me, the baba engr and the carpenter.

The major challenge I'm facing in supplying woods are with carpenters and engrs on site because they are always after the less supplies of building materials to site, they consider this as their business right to make extra money, which is very wrong, they are not happy when house owners is ordering building materials directly by themselves, what they are planning is to block me from supplying the balance of the woods so that they can still get what they intended to get on the wood supplies, they are fiends holding developments of housing project in Nigeria.

First point.
If the woods are not good in the first case they won't confirmed to your brothers that it's good.

Second Points.
If the woods are not good the carpenters and the baba engr will instruct your brother not to allow us to offload the woods.

Third points.
If the woods are not good the carpenters will not move it upstairs for usage

But where the disagreement between me and them came from was when they are demanded for what i don't have, and they intend to get it from the balance of the woods I'm to supply you to complete the transaction.

Your brother is in the best position to clarify this delivery.

How do you thinking i will move bad woods from Mowe to Ikotun without collecting money first, it's not possible because if you reject it, I'm at lost on transport and some many logistics that make this delivery possible.

Put yourself in this scenario, If you are selling something and you are to deliver first before you collect money, won't you supply this best so your money will not be lost in-transit, ofcourse you will supply the best because you know you have not collect money that is the confident of the buyer, we are running a risk but because of the sincerity in this dealing to proofs to Nigerians home and abroad that is not everything that exist on Nigerians online market that is fraudulent or dubious.

There is not point using chemical on the woods i supply you, they are good woods and they will stand the test of time

Chekitaut: I dont understand while these happen on site...Engineer receive his requested allocation, bricklayer receive his and all others while on earth will demand from people that supply goods to site...If you are carrying out a project. Pls endevour to stop things like this because some suppliers will compromise along with skilled labour and you end up getting substandard good or inadequate supply as demand.

we have good people that supply here on Nairaland, we have integrity to protect, any negative comment about a seller on supplier is catastrophe to that seller or supplier...

I supplies hope to go with the agreement payment on delivery(PoD) but some will change it after delivery.
I deliver 90tons of granite to a client(name withheld) on convoy he paid for one, still to pay for 2trips after 2weeks, we can not disclose people who act such way, they are client(s) that can bring big jobs in future...If we try to rub your back, pls reciprocate it. We don't wish to be kick out in business.
