Hey!..i tried paying the $25 dollar one-time fee to be able to publish my app to the google pay store...with my Gtb naira mastercard but it was rejected..pls i need to publish the apps asap any help would be appreciated...i wudnt mind if someone let me publish it tru their playstore account thanks!!

Try Zenith Bank Master Card Naira ...worked for me purchasing through the store. Might work for you.

connect card to google checkout and use google checkout to pay. If it fails just get a visa card!
