Nigeria is categorized as an underdeveloped nation,due to the high level of poverty, lack of good infrastructures, absent industries, high percentage of unemployed citizens, etc. Can we attribute these low level of development in the country to our leaders? Are they the ones to be held responsible or are there other factors we can attribute this to? Pls share ur opinion |
