plz criticize this poem and correct me were i made a mistake.

THE FIGHT

The bus shown massive wave,
running to catchup,
only the disable weep.

we vanish,passenger clamour,
onebyone and get your change,
except a staff in-black.

they argue and threaten vainly,
staff begging owner brush-off,
both impoverish.

Staff jump and get brute blow,
chasing in tattered breeze,
driver blood boil and stammer out.

Msc in blood shed,
education virtues is nomore,
conductor appear in blood stain.
