Just thinking outloud, Lawyers in the house can any one explain if filming is forbidden in law court, and if not why is all the proceedings & trials of corrupt Politicians not broadcast to the public?

It could be viewed as contemptuous to film while the court is sitting. The Court room is not a Silverbird cinema room, though it is a place of drama where lawyers on both sides display their art to please a spectator(s)- thee judge(s). Every court room is under the control of the presiding judge who might not want cameramen distract him, lawyers, litigants and witnesses. Mind you, law is a very conservative profession
