Pls take your feet off the ground as much as you can....if you can afford to get a driver and a maid...pls do ..if not try to schedule your outing when dh is available to drive you and you can get one of your younger sisters to come help out with house chores

Incorporate fruit, fiber and cereal into your diet as well to help keep the weight Gain in check

Pray pray pray against gestational diabetics and preclempsia

i suggest we pick a date and be consistent, e.g last day or first day of every month except on special request

I'm asking this early cos I'm feeling sorry for my dh. Throughout the night, he was breathing my fart oxygen. As in, the thing tire me sef. Did this happen to you? Is there anything I can do to alleviate it?

Its perfectly normal. I experienced it even sometimes now, especially when am bloated. I think cuz we hv more gas in our system, those extra gas needs to go out anyhow.
