cutiez2: Am new to this thread and I just look back to how God has helped me my baby is now 8months after five yrs of waiting I almost gave up on myself so u can imagine when I got pregnant I just went numb u can imagine telling ur doc ure late and he says that dosent really mean anythn I did urine test my doctor wasn't convinced so he sent me for blood test which came back positive and he wasn't yet convinced because I have been in a lot of same situation where it later ended negative,my doc sent me for scan and I got d result and was afraid to rejoice anyway I went back to d hospital met my doc at the car park about to go out and I handed him my result and he just startd praising God,he got back into the hospital to run tests my bp was vhigh before I could blink my eyes a specialist was called in a weekly appiontment was put in place, I was placed on a low carbohydrate diet funny how I didn't care,I just prayed for nine months to run by and God remained faithFul he made everythn beautiful I had a 4kg baby without tears and I pray from my heart for those waiting that God will make u laugh and make our joys and testimonies full in jesus name

My dear, God is everly faithful and like his words in the good book said 'When the lord turned again the captivity of zion, we were like them that dreamed, then was our mouth filled with laughter and our tongue with singing'. Pinkydaisy congrats oooo! You must be very heavy by now. How are u and our lil one? Has lo turned now? I read ur posts on the pregnancy thread about the breach position. It is well o! My sisters baby turned on his own at 37weeks when we've all given up on him. There is absolutely nothing God cannot do.

So this is based on my personal experience. The main thing abt recurrent miscarriages is finding out the cause. Mine turned out to be low progesterone after I went through a bunch of tests, so the only thng my Dr actually did differently was he had me on progesterone the whole first trimester and that worked like magic. My progesterone level with my 2nd pregnancy was even lower than d level of a non pregnant woman, so even b4 I actually lost d pregnancy my Dr told me d pregnancy might not make it.

I have a few questions for you if u dnt mind. Where ur 3 miscarriages all in the first trimester? At how many weeks did u miscarry? Also have u done any tests to try to figure out what might be causing the miscarriages? If you have, then wat was d outcme of the tests? The rule of thumb is that one miscarriage can be assumed to be just one of those thngs that happen but wen u have a 2nd and 3rd miscarriage more than likely thrs smethng causing the pregnancy loss. Having a miscarriage is so painful that I wuld suggest fixing whatever d problem is while praying to God for mercy too b4 getting pregnant again. Another tip my Dr gave me after my 2nd miscarriage was to give my body enuf time to heal b4 getting pregnant again, he suggested waiting a few months so I actually waited 3mnths.

@prettymomma, it's God my sister. Can't wait for u to put to bed as well. My delivery experience wasn't bad actually but I had a tear and had to get two stitches which hurt the first few days after I was discharged 4rm d hospital.
How ur LO, hope ur feeling those kicks and movements. I actually miss feeling LO in my tummy even tho am mre than happy to hve her in my arms instead.

@aderuntayo, my sister e no easy no be small.
My LO eats evry hour, exclusively breast feeding is not easy at all. I jst thank God for breast pumps oo, cos pumping helps me get a break so my mum or smeone else can at least feed her if not she will be on my breast 24hrs a day. Do you pump/express at all? Or u jst breast feed? Pumping helps me a lot and gives me a break,u might want to look into that. Unless u dnt plan on exclusively breast feeding for too long.

@Hebrew Woman thanks for replying my message really appreciate it.The 3 miscarriages occur in the 1st trimester btw 5-7weeks.Well for the 1st two miscarriage I never got tested but for the third one i seek another Re opinion and my blood was tested every week to check for abnormalities from the day I got my Bfp and everything was fine.I saw the baby heartbeat @ 6weeks 2days, did another blood wok 3days later and everything was still fine.Only for me to go back @ 7weeks 2days and the heartbeat has stop beating.
My Re said he could get the tissues and clots from the miscarriage tested but it will cost a lot ( btw $3000-$4000),that it nt worth it dey may not find anything.My Re said from the blood work he should know if things are not ok but all seems to be fine.
I guess will take to your advise as per giving myself a break and turning to God for a miracle.But I was thinking of taking FERTILAID during the break period,what do you think about the herbal supplements? thanks once again.

I would suggest u give ur body a break from all fertility drugs,just take folic acid and eat right with plenty of water. When next u plan to go another round of ivf(though I pray u conceive naturally bfor then),tell d RE to do PGS(preimplantation Genetic Screening) for U̶̲̅,to be certain the problem Ȋ̝̊̅§ not from the transferred egg,coz a chromosomal challenged embryo will not implant,or they look into ur uterus to be sure the environment Ȋ̝̊̅§ conducive for ur babies. Its well with u dearie.

And I recall dat I was so exhausted dat day dat I didn't know when I slept on my stomach. Now I feel mostly flutters or kicks inside my vag.ina

@prettymomma,it's normal for u to b worried as I felt d same way too but u don't need to. Just be rest assured that God that has brought u this far will take u till d end. I learnt too that babies have their down times too,just taking it easy et al. Even when I complained to my dh then,has asked me if everyday was christmas for me,Lol.No shaking dear,God is fully in charge.
