The only Ghana food I like is okra and plantain, yam - same food here.. Also, the fufu and palm nut soup, - just like Banga soup. Banku is too bitter and can't see myself chewing or swallowing eba-like food with stew and fish. Rice...the same everywhere. The peanut soup, is nice too but I hate the smell of peanut in my soup  .The only food I fight with my colleagues is fufu and palm nut soup. Love it!  |

minus the fufu Ghanaian food is a little similar to caribbean food. i think it looks tasty. |
